About our Classes!
Classes are stand alone and are not attached to any workshop or academy
If classes do not meet the minimum enrollment, those who registered will be notified and refunded
Half of tuition is due at the time of registration. The second half is due the day the class begins
If you withdraw before the class begins, 1/2 of tuition is refundable. After the class begins, no refunds will be offered.
With the exception of the Audition Prep class, adults are not permitted in the studio once class has begun.
You can watch through the windows, or relax if the Lobby if you prefer.
Classes do not receive tshirts, costumes or other "show" related items.
Class materials may be handed out depending on the type of class.

In beginning tap, students will learn the fundamental steps through choreographed dances and across the floor instruction.
In intermediate/advanced tap, students will build upon existing skills to master more complex choreography.
**Pre-requisite - 2 years of tap classes or approval from instructor
Tap shoes are a required item for this class.

Adult Choir:
This welcoming choir is perfect for adults of all backgrounds, whether you've never sung in a group before or are looking to refresh your vocal skills.
In this class, students will:
Learn basic vocal techniques: Improve your breath control, posture, and vocal range through fun and engaging exercises.
Sing fun musical theater songs: Explore many different composers works from various decades
Build confidence: Perform in informal settings and experience the joy of making music with others.
Be a part of a supportive community: Connect with fellow singers in a fun and friendly environment as you get to know other MMP parents better
No prior singing experience is necessary! Just bring your enthusiasm and a love for music.
Ages 8-13:
This exciting choir class is designed for young singers ages 8-13 who love the vibrant music of Lin-Manuel Miranda!
In this class, students will learn songs from some of Miranda's best-known musicals (Hamilton, Moana, and In the Heights) while developing essential vocal skills.
Students will also build confidence as they learn to harmonize with others and perform as part of a ensemble. This class is recommended for students who love
the music of Lin-Manuel Miranda, want to improve their ability to harmonize and sing in a group, or just want to have more opportunities to sing!
Ages 12-18:
This choir class explores the unique and challenging music of Stephen Sondheim, one of the most influential composers in musical theatre history.
In this class, students will:
Learn to sing sophisticated harmonies: Discover the beauty and complexity of Sondheim's intricate vocal lines and harmonies.
Explore the artistry of musical theatre: Analyze Sondheim's innovative song structures, unusual key changes, and dramatic use of music.
Uncover the stories within the music: Delve into the emotional depth and psychological complexities of Sondheim's characters and their journeys.
Develop their vocal skills: Improve your breath control, diction, and vocal range through challenging yet rewarding exercises.
This class is perfect for singers between the ages of 12 and 18 who are eager to expand their musical horizons and delve into the rich world of Sondheim's iconic work (including Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd, Merrily We Roll Along, and Company).

This hands-on class is designed for students who want to learn the ins and outs of putting on a play. From character development and blocking to rehearsals and performance, students will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the theatrical process.
Character Development: Explore character analysis, backstory creation, and emotional expression.
Rehearsal Process: Participate in regular rehearsals, focusing on blocking, line memorization, and character development.
Performance: Experience the excitement of performing on stage and receiving feedback from an audience.

Audition Prep
One Class
Class Size: 4 Students with an accompanying Adult
***Attending an audition prep class does NOT guarantee a speaking role in the production and is for the auditioner to have a confident, strong audition that they are proud of***
Classes are show specific unless otherwise noted. For show specific classes, if singing from the orientation packet, you do not need to bring any materials.
If not singing from the packet, Students must come with a 16-32 bar cut of a song, and an accompaniment track on a phone or other playback device that can be plugged into the sound system

This class is designed for students who want to prepare for upcoming auditions. In a small group setting (3 total students), students will receive individualized attention and guidance from a seasoned vocal coach.
Vocal Technique: Refine your vocal technique, focusing on breathing, projection, and resonance.
Character Interpretation: Develop a strong understanding of the character and the song's message.
Performance Coaching: Receive personalized feedback on your delivery, stage presence, and overall audition presentation.
Audition Preparation: Learn essential audition tips, including how to handle nerves and make a lasting impression.
Students will sign up for this one-time class and will attend with two other students. Students will perform in front of each other and learn from observing their classmates. Parents (particularly of younger students) are encouraged to attend to learn more about how to help their kids prep for auditions.
